Bukit Tinggi, Pahang

Colmar Tropicale
***
If there's a public holiday, don't go there. Besides Kota Tinggi, there'll be a traffic jam along the Karak Highway going to Genting Highlands as well. Most probably you'll waste 1/5 of your time stuck in the jam and get exposed to the sun with your untinted window.

Several years ago, I went there to Bukit Tinggi with my family and found it quite interesting. Being there made you feel like you're in another country. Colmar tropicale and the Japanese Tea House garden were the only 'interesting' places to go to. And its still the same up to now!

So on the 1st day of Raya there were too many people, food is like 2-3x the price (1 piece of cake costs RM8.50 whereas I can buy here about RM4.50 or less.)

No transport allowed entering the to Japanese Tea House. Therefore, my brother and I had to wait for 1 hour just for 1 bus. Well actually we could have gone there much faster if we're rough enough to get into it. The people DID NOT even let an old lady to sit down. I kid you not. In short, anyone who is handicapped, old, pregnant and unfit... think twice if you(or bringing someone) want to go there. The facilities at this resort were not well equipped for handicaps at all.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the trip.
A short note: It's okay if you visit there for the first time(and during 'working days')

Spot on. It's an OKAY place to chill for a couple of hours, but that's about it.
